Refund Policy

Scope: This Refund Policy applies to all products and services purchased from Designer Interior Solutions, including but not limited to design consultations, furniture, decor items, and any other design-related services.

Refund Eligibility: a. Design Consultations: Refunds for design consultation fees may be requested within 24 hours of the initial consultation appointment. After this period, consultation fees are non-refundable.

b. Products and Services: Refunds for products and services are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the specific purchase agreement or contract.

Cancellation Policy: a. Design Services: If you wish to cancel a design service after payment has been made but before the service has commenced, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any applicable fees.

b. Custom Orders: Custom orders for furniture or decor items are non-refundable once production has commenced. Any cancellation requests for custom orders must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

Refund Process: a. To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at customer.service@designerinteriorsolutions.com with your refund request and relevant details. b. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 5-7 business days of approval.

Non-Refundable Items: a. Digital Products: Digital design plans, mood boards, and other digital products are non-refundable once delivered.

b. Final Sale Items: Clearance items, floor models, and other final sale items are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Changes to Refund Policy: Designer Interior Solutions reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
