Payment Terms: a. Payment for our services is required as outlined in the proposal and agreed upon by both parties. b. Additional fees may apply for any changes or modifications requested by the client beyond the scope of the original proposal.

Intellectual Property: a. All designs, concepts, and materials provided by Designer Interior Solutions are the intellectual property of Designer Interior Solutions and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.

b. Clients retain ownership of any pre-existing intellectual property provided to Designer Interior Solutions for use in the project.

Client Responsibilities: a. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information, feedback, and approvals throughout the design process.

b. Clients must ensure that all necessary permissions, approvals, and permits are obtained for the execution of the project.

oject Completion and Delivery: Designer Interior Solutions will make reasonable efforts to complete the project within the agreed-upon timeline. However, project timelines may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control.

Liability: Designer Interior Solutions shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by the client or any third party arising from the use of our services or the implementation of our designs.

Termination of Services: Either party may terminate the agreement for services with written notice. In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for payment of any services rendered up to the date of termination.

Governing Law: These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Designer Interior Solutions operates.
